“Captain America: White #0″ – Due Out July 9th

Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale are back this summer with another entry into their Marvel “Color” books with the first issue of “Captain America: White” in stores July 9th. Previously in Loeb and Sale’s Color books were “Daredevil: Yellow”, “Spiderman: Blue”, and “Hulk: Grey”. I’ve read the first two and really enjoyed them.

Marvel Comics just released the cover art to Comic Book Resources and the art looks gorgeous.

Brubaker, Fraction & Aha Leave “Immortal Iron Fist”

Looks like Ed Brubaker, Matt Fraction and David Aha are leaving “The Immortal Iron Fist” on Issue #16. This was a comic I really enjoyed early on but really dropped off quickly as of late. The writing seemed to be weighed down by Danny Rand in K’un-L’un and David Aha not being on art lately. Writer Duane Swierczynski and artist Travel Foreman will be taking over on issue #17. It’s too bad because Brubaker is one of the best writers in comics right now and David Aha is a great new talent. Anyway, here’s preview art from Travel Foreman:

Jusice League: New Frontier

This Tuesday Warner Bros. will release “Justice League – New Frontier” on DVD and Blu-Ray. This is based on the excellent Darwyn Cooke graphic novel of the same name. Check out the preview:
